Jetsunma's First Tibetan Birthday!

Jetsunma celebrated her 1st birthday according to the Tibetan Calendar at the Sakya Nunnery on the 23rd of December. Many came to offer their felicitations and Jetsunma sat on her throne for over one and a half hours quite unfazed by it all!

Jetsunma Kunga Trinley Palter Sakya was born on the 2nd of January, 2007 on the Parinirvana Day of Sakya Pandita, thus getting a very auspicious headstart in life.
